The booking process may include a reservation fee and, in some cases, a security deposit, depending on the hospital and the type of treatment.
The reservation fee is paid to the hospital to secure your appointment. Once the payment is completed, the appointment schedule is confirmed, and supporting documents can be prepared for your medical visa application.
A security deposit may also be requested. As a legally registered medical tourism provider, we are sometimes required to verify and support the patient’s treatment journey to Korea. For this reason, a deposit may be collected in advance during the booking process.
This reservation fee and deposit are fully refundable once the patient has safely arrived in Korea and completed the treatment.
Please note that whether a reservation fee is required depends on the hospital and the medical service.
